Francis Elizabeth Stinnett

February 13, 1936 - May 4, 2022

Francis "Libby" Elizabeth Stinnett passed away on May 4, 2022. She was born in Rockwood, Tennessee on February 13, 1936 to the late Thomas Elbert Fugate and Lillie Mae Edwards Fugate. She is preceded in death by her husband Clyde Edward Stinnett. She is survived by her brother Lowell (Betty) Fugate, sisters Bobbie (Robert) Feasel, Shirley (Jerry) Wyrick, Betty Higginbottom, Donna (Donnie) Fickey all of Rockwood, TN, daughters, Lois Clellen of Savannah, GA, Rhonda (Frank) Rehbein of Tulsa, OK, LaWanda Valdez and Bonnie Michelle Villarreal of Phoenix, AZ, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She spent most of her life in Ohio and Arizona. She spent her last few years in Oklahoma. Her favorite past-times were caring for her many cats over her lifetime. She greatly enjoyed growing red roses wherever she resided. She created many beautiful cross-stitch projects which will be cherished. The family requests, in lieu of flowers, any outdoor plants that can be placed in Libby's memorial garden. If you desire, plant a red rosebush in her honor. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 14, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at The Villages of Southern Hills, 5721 S. Lewis Avenue, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
