Jamie Louise Thrash Rohde was born May 24, 1960, to Darrell Thrash and Rosemary Ware Thrash Butler at Lawton Indian Hospital. She passed away suddenly on April 23, 2022, in Tulsa. She is preceded in death by her parents, her maternal grandparents- Howard and Mary Ellis Ware, her paternal grandparents- Martin and Hannah Foster Thrash, one brother, Randy Thrash, two grandchildren and one sister-in-law, Keli Thrash. She is survived by her husband Richard Rohde of the home in Tulsa, one son- Jarrett Thrash of Tulsa, three stepchildren- Richard Rohde and wife Julie of Welch, OK, Carmen Lyle of Salem, VA, Sean Rohde and wife Anita of Dallas, TX. Eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren, brother Marty Thrash of Cedar Rapids, IA, brother Joey Thrash of Lawton, OK, sister Jana Ledford of Anadarko, OK, brother Mike Thrash of Enid, OK, sister Janet Wickliffe and husband Kelsey of Tulsa, brother Darren Thrash of Wichita, KS, Courtland Thrash of Fort Cobb, OK, eleven nephews-Josh Duval, Matthew Thrash, Ryan Thrash, David Kropp, Darrell Ledford, T.D. Thrash, Wyatt Thrash, Dylan Riffel, William Riffel, Gunnar Wickliffe, Dillon Thrash, sixteen nieces- Mindi Thrash, Maree Thrash, Tori Thrash, Martha Thrash, Sheri Thrash, Ashley Shiplet, LaTasha Fischer, Bobbi Ledford, Billie Anderson, Kandace Keahbone, Tania Jackson, Hannah Thrash, Kristie, Elizabeth Wickliffe, Carmen Patton and Maddie Thrash, thirty-one great nieces and nephews, many relatives and friends. Special life-long friends- Diane Nation, Marleita Marlett, Mary Sue and Justin Smith, Tweety Ware, all of Anadarko, OK and Kelly Goodfield from Tulsa, Ok. Jamie graduated from Anadarko High School in 1979. She then attended college at USAO with a Bachelor's degree in business. She was a member of the Kiowa tribe. Jamie worked for Gracemont Public Schools and Golden Nugget bingo, among others before working for Mack Truck in Tulsa, until her retirement in 2009. Jamie loved spending time with her son, family and friends. Swimming and laying out by her pool, cooking out and enjoying her sun room and watching her Oklahoma Sooners and the Oklahoma City Thunder. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She always remembered their birthdays and special occasions, sending flowers, cards and gifts, making them feel very special. She liked to cook and she loved reading the Anadarko Daily News. She was full of life and lived it her way, and will be dearly missed. There will be a memorial service at Moore's Funeral Home-Rosewood Chapel, in Tulsa, OK at 1:00 PM on Saturday, May 14, 2022. There will be a memorial service at The Anadarko First Baptist Church at 10:00AM on Saturday, May 21, 2022. There will be no graveside services at this time, but there will be a meal following. Life is a journey, and I do not travel alone. My spiritual journey lasts for eternity. There is no need to hurry for with God I have all I need for a successful trip.
