Lowell Roy Plaster

October 27, 1928 - September 4, 2021

Lowell Roy Plaster, 92, of Tulsa, passed away Saturday, September 4, 2021. He was born October 27, 1928 in Mansfield, MO to Laroy and Vesta Plaster. Lowell was a machinist for McDonnell Douglas and was a member of Crosstown Church of Christ. He served in the Navy, was a Scout Master with the Boy Scouts, worked security at Crosstown, volunteered at Tulsa Food Bank and Monday Night for Masters. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, fishing and hunting. Lowell is survived by his children, Michael W. Plaster and wife, Sandra of Tulsa, Owen Niel Plaster and wife, Joy of Phoenix, AZ; honorary daughter, Robin A. Thrasher; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; his sister, Louise Goddard of Jenks, OK and his brother, Lawrence Plaster of Springfield, MO. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Velma; daughter, Lowella Sue Bloss; granddaughter, Jessica Bloss; grandson, Michael Plaster; brothers, Layton, Lynn, and Loren Plaster. Memorial contributions may be made to Blue Star Mothers. Memorial Service 10:00 a.m., Saturday, September, 11, 2021 Crosstown Church of Christ, 3400 E.
