Obituary
Ruth Roof Durham-Jetton was born to Ralph and Gladys Roof July 27, 1930, and died January 12, 2021 in Tulsa.
She graduated from Central High and was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church. She married Bill Durham, who preceded her in death. Their children are Jim, deceased, and his wife Linda Durham; Susan and her husband Mickey Harris, deceased.
She later married Cal Jetton, who preceded her in death. Cal's children are Carol and husband Neal Paulson, Dana and wife Lori Jetton, Mary and husband Jim Thompson.
She is survived by 8 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
Others who preceded her in death were her brother Bill and his wife Sue Roof as well as life long friends, Earnestine Thompson and Omega Wasson.
She enjoyed studying Scripture and singing at Woodland Acres Baptist Church.
Visitation will be on Sunday 2:00 to 4:00 PM and funeral Monday, January 18th , 2021, 2:00 PM at Moore Southlawn Chapel, 9350 East 51st Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma. The service will be webcast for those who are unable to attend.
