Obituary
A. D. THOMASON 95, passed away Saturday, October 25, 2014 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
He was born to Archie and Dorothy (Long) Thomason on September 4, 1919 in Okemah, Oklahoma. A.D. was preceded in death by his parents; and one son, Ronald Thomason. He is survived by his wife of 74 years, Laura (Hines) Thomason; two sons, Kenneth Thomason and Timothy Ferell.
He served in the United States Marine Corp from February 23, 1937 to November 14, 1946 and again from June 24, 1948 to December 4, 1952. He was a long time resident of Tulsa, OK. A.D. was a loving son, brother, husband, father, grandfather and friend to many. He will be greatly missed by his family and many friends.
Funeral service: 2:00 p. m., Wednesday, October 29, 2014 at Moore's Rosewood Chapel, 2570 South Harvard, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74114, (918) 744-1202 with Chaplain Bill Moorer officiating. Interment will be at Fort Gibson National Cemetery in Fort Gibson, OK.
