Obituary

Aaron Lee Welch, 32, passed away Friday, August 30, 2019 in Sperry, Oklahoma.

Aaron was born to Tracey Welch and Richard Donahue on March 11. 1987 at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

He had many occupations throughout his life but car sales was what he loved most and where he excelled.

While most of his time was spent in Oklahoma, Aaron lived in many places throughout his life, including Florida, Tennessee, Ohio, Texas, and Georgia

Having lived in Florida while he was little, Aaron was an avid Florida Gators fan, teaching all of the kids the "Gator Chomp" whenever he had the chance. He also loved the Dallas Cowboys and never lost faith they would someday win the Super Bowl again. Fishing was his favorite pastime and he dreamed of moving back to the East coast to live near the beach. He loved the thrill of going fast, whether in a car, on a motorcycle or a boat.

Aaron was charming with a never-met-a-stranger personality. Everywhere he went, he knew someone and if he didn't, he would instantly make friends with the people there. He loved his friends like family and would do anything for them.

Aaron loved his family, most of all his mom, Tracey, and children, Dylan and Kylee. His larger-than-life, silly personality filled any room he was in, and he had a contagious smile you couldn't help but return. He gave the best hugs, whether you wanted one or not, and had a kind, empathetic heart. He was loved by all who knew him and will truly be missed.

Aaron was preceded in death by his father, Richard Donahue; grandfather, Dean Donahue; and uncle, Steve Ecton.

He is survived by his children, Dylan and Kylee of Artesia, NM; mother, Tracey Welch of Tulsa; two sisters, Krysten Taylor and her husband, Reid of Bartlesville, and Nicole Kuck and her husband, Michael of Jenks; one brother, Ryan Donahue of Okmulgee; grandparents, Fran and Dave Ecton of Tulsa, and Mary Donahue of Broken Arrow; four nieces, Adlee and Charlee Taylor and Norah and Lydia Kuck; one nephew, Easton Taylor; Uncle John Ecton and his wife, Angela of Irmo, SC; and numerous cousins.
