On the morning of Sept 29, 2015, Abram (Abe) Brentlinger, 94, passed into his eternal home. He attended school in Pratt, Kansas where he met his bride in the fifth grade and was a graduate of the Spartan School of Aeronautics in Tulsa. Abe served in the Navy during World War II stationed in Kingsville, Texas. At 92, he was fortunate to be a part of the Honor Flight to Washington DC. In 1955 he joined the American Airlines team and worked as A&E mechanic until his retirement. Abe was preceded in death by his wife of 65 years, Evelyn. He is survived by daughter Barbara and son-in-law Dr. Stan Grogg, grandsons Steven of Sarasota, Florida, Kelly (Carla) of Tulsa and great grandchildren, Nick, Evelyn "Eva", and Isaac of Tulsa. He was preceded in death by his five sisters.
