Addison Frederick "Fred" Smith, 87, of Tulsa, passed away Tuesday, December 8, 2020. Fred was born November 14, 1933 in Blytheville, AR. He was a retired electrical engineer and a member of The Park Church of Christ and Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity. Fred enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening, stock investing and was an Arkansas Razorback fan. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Carol Smith; his children, Christi Anne Fout and husband, Dale of Catoosa, OK; Blake Ewell "Scooter" Smith and wife Shelley of Haslet, TX; two grandchildren, Blake Ewell Smith II and wife Gentry, Dexter Smith and wife Lauren; one great-grandchild, Luca Addison Smith. Fred was preceded in death by his parents; and his sister, Mary Ann Watson.
