MAYS, Alice Mae Byers, 91, passed away Sunday, January 11, 2015 in Tulsa, OK. Born March 18, 1923 in Utica, OK to James "Jim" and Nancy Jane (Sorrell) Wooton. She was a member of First Baptist Church-Tulsa. Alice was a retired clerk with Blue Cross and Blue Shield Insurance Company. Preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Robert Mays and T. G. "Tom" Byers; three sisters, Ada Wooton, Wilnetha Waters, and Louise Scribner. Survived by sister, Alvie Nichols of Tulsa, OK; niece, Janette Quaries and husband, Richard and their children, Valerie & Whitney of Tulsa, OK; step-daughters, Kathryn Ward of Kansas City, KS, and Janet Blecha and husband, Louis of Goodletteville, TN; nephews, Raymond Waters and wife, Jeannette and their daughter, Brittany; Raymond Scribner & wife, Twila, Ron Scribner, Norman Waters and his daughter, Amanda.
