Dorchak, Geneva Alice, 95 of Tulsa passed away Friday, August 2, 2013. She was born December 27, 1917 in Sparta, Tennessee to Charles H. and Sallie F. Cope. She was a retired registered nurse. Survived by daughter Sally Martin of Tulsa, OK, son Wayne Anthony Dorchak of Bryan, TX, 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by parents, husband of 56 years Robert Anthony Dorchak, sister Evelyn Densmore and brother Wanon Cope.
