Obituary

Alisha Dawn Sellers was born August 1, 1981 in Pawnee City, Nebraska to her Parents Eldon and Ruth Snoke of Humboldt, Nebraska. On March 26, 2018 Alisha, in her home surrounded by family, moved into the presence of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ at the age of 36 years old.
Alisha attended Humboldt Public Schools from Kindergarten through 12th grade, graduating as Salutatorian of her senior class. During her high school years she was very active in Speech, Music, Sports, Cheerleading, Drill team, Academic Competitions, and National Honors Society.
When Alisha was 14 years old she became a wrangler at Dry Gulch USA, the youngest person ever hired. At CDG, a Children's and Youth Christian Camp located near Adair, Oklahoma, she spent 4 summers caring for trail horses and helping with trail rides for campers. Following high school graduation Alisha worked full time for the camp while attending college.
Alisha began her college education at TCC and later attended Oklahoma State University where she graduated with Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Finance.
Alisha began her career with BancFirst in 2004 as a teller. Later she worked in the loan department as a commercial loan assistant. In 2010 she began working as a Treasury Services Representative. In 2011 Alisha was promoted to Vice President of Treasury Services. Alisha thoroughly enjoyed her work, her customers and her co-workers of the BancFirst family. While Alisha was with BancFirst she loved being involved with the community. Alisha was on the Board for American Cancer Society and volunteered as a Baroness for the Cattle Barons Ball. Alisha would volunteer or attend any function and benefit she could to help with a good cause.
Alisha truly knew how to live life to the fullest. Alisha met her match Jerod Sellers in May of 2010 and they were married October, 2011. Alisha loved to spend time outdoors riding horses, going for a run, playing volleyball, taking her dogs for a walk and going to the ocean. On November 9, 2015 Alisha gave birth to her only child, Kaid. Alisha loved being a mother and a Godly example to her son. More than anything she loved spending time with Kaid doing whatever she could to share some good laughs.
