Burkett, Alpha 67, of Tulsa, OK passed away Wednesday, June 20th, 2018. Alpha was born July 17th, 1950 in Tampa, FL to Raymond and Ruby Lowther. Alpha, worked in the health field as a phlebotomist and retired from American Red Cross in Donor Management. When she was active, she enjoyed crafts, collecting owl figurines and, most of all, watching her grandchildren. Alpha is survived by her husband of 46 years, Nick of the home; sons, Richard Burkett and wife Frida of Broken Arrow, OK, and Eric Burkett of Oologah, OK; daughter, Lisa Read and husband Jonathan of Broken Arrow, OK; five grandchildren; sister,Treva Phifer and husband Jim of Vaca Ville, CA. Alpha was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Nancy Stewart; and brother, Eddie Lowther.
