Amber Ann Evans was born on December 27, 1981 in Jacksonville, NC at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune to Terry Wayne Evans and Barbara Ann Evans. Amber was called to Heaven on May 22, 2022 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Amber was a free spirit with a beautiful soul. She loved angels, church and baking, and always enjoyed singing and dancing with friends and family. She was a big advocate of spreading Epilepsy awareness. Despite any health challenges she faced throughout her life, she always had a passion for healthcare and taking care of patients in need. Amber also enjoyed volunteering for the Red Cross to provide aid to people in need during disasters.

Amber is survived by her mother, Barbara Perez Evans, and her sister, Candice Evans. In Heaven she joins her father Terry Evans, and her beloved Grandmother, Barbara Evans-Keeley and Granddad Jack Keeley. She also joins her Aunt Angel Perez, Grandpa Carlos Perez and Grandma Arabela Perez of San Antonio, TX.

Amber will be buried at the Fort Gibson National Cemetary with her father and will remain in our hearts forever.

Viewing will be on Thursday, 10AM - 6 PM at Moore's Southlawn Chapel.

Memorial Service will be 2:00 P.M., Friday, June 17, 2022 at Moore's Southlawn Chapel, 9350 E. 51st, Tulsa, OK. Moore's Southlawn 918-663-2233
