Culbertson, Amelia (Millie). Passed away November 17, 2013. She was born in
Maywood, IL December 28th, 1922 to James Reed Formby and Della (Dalrymple)
Formby. Her family moved to St. Louis, MO and later to Kansas City, MO where
she attended school and started a career in sales, and later she went to work as sales coordinator for Weyers Beauty and Barber Supply of Kansas, City.
Millie married Lewis Culbertson in 1947. They made their home in Tulsa, OK.
After they built their home Millie gave up her career to raise their two sons and
care for their elderly parents and other relatives. Her parents and only brother
preceded Millie in death. Survivors include two sons, Arthur of Severna Park,
MD, Russell and wife, Nancy of Austin, TX, and two grandsons, Dex and Cade of
Austin, TX. Service will be 2:00 P.M., Saturday, November 23, 2013 at Memorial
