Andrew James Leib, 18, died Wednesday, October 5, 2016 in Tulsa, OK. He was born March 1, 1998 in Tulsa, OK to Gregory Louis Leib and Alice Joanne (Dove) Leib. They both preceded him in death.

He is survived by his adoptive mother, Anneliese Reinemeyer of London, England; his sister, Lacy Louise Leib and his brother Joseph Wayne Leib, both of Tulsa; his maternal grandfather, Albert Dove; his paternal grandmother, Rosemaree Leib; a nephew, Ondre Derrell Quinney; several aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M., Friday, October 14, 2016 at Moore's Southlawn Chapel, Tulsa with interment to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery, Tulsa. Visitation will be 5:00-7:00 P.M., Thursday, October 13, 2016 at Moore's Southlawn, 9350 E. 51st, Tulsa, OK
