Neubauer, Andrew Henry "Bill", 89, died Wednesday, July 9, 2014. Bill was born November 22, 1924, to Henry & Genieva Alice (Whitely) Neubauer, Chicago, Illinois. After high school Bill joined the Navy serving in WWII and Korea. After the service Bill worked as a building engineer for many Companies as well as the Thornton Family YMCA.

Bill is survived by children: Rozeanna Boyd, her husband, Richard, Tulsa, OK., Son, George Mabe, his wife Phyllis, Tulsa, OK., Grandchildren: Andrew Gosnell, wife Sharai, Sand Springs, OK., Stephanie Garrison, Sand Springs, Joseph Gosnell, Sand Springs, OK., Georgia Hines and her husband, Trey, Tulsa, OK., 7 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Rozella.

Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Sunday, July 13, 2014, Moore's Southlawn Chapel, 9350 East 51st Street.
