Anita is survived by her Husband of 39 years, Raul Carpio of Broken Arrow, OK. Her Sister Sally Bargas of Tulsa, OK., her Brother Johnny Casillas of Catoosa, Ok. Anita is also survived by 12 children, Chuck Crawford and his wife, Joyce, Dee Glass, Sandy Hellard, Coy McBroom Jr. (wife, Kay), Betty Jackson(husband, Donnie), Roy McBroom (wife, Dottie), Cliff Crawford (wife, Karla), Reta Stewart (Fiance, Wes), Everett Crawford (wife, Lorinda), Dot Bowling (husband, Danny), Jerry Crawford (wife, Cindy), Rick Crawford (Wife, Mary); 35 Grandchildren; 57 Great-Grandchildren; 8 Great-Great Grandchildren and 2 Great-Great-Great Grandchildren; Many Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Friends.

At a very young age, Anita developed Polio, but, she would heal with no lasting effects and lived a healthy, normal life. She had a passion for dancing, skate, Dance Skate, Dancing to Western Swing, Mexican music and any dance she could learn!

Anita's greatest happiness was being with her Family! She loved cooking for her children and Grandchildren as much as they enjoyed the warm homemade Tortillas, enchiladas, Mole or anything she made, it always was delicious, because "Mom/Granny made it".

Anita always looked forward to our Annual Easter picnic, Tamale Making day and our Christmas Eve Parties and any gathering we had. Especially her Birthday Celebrations, probably because it was all about her!

When she went into her local grocery store, drugstore or other stores, she was often greeted by by name, a hug, or chatting. So if you went with her you knew it wasn't going to be a 'quick stop'! She enjoyed stopping at a garage sale while out running her errands. It was fun to hear of her ' great bargain' and it usually was, sometimes it was something that reminded her of one of her family members and if you were lucky, she'd give it to you!

We want to extend our sincere gratitude to Raul and his Sisters, Conchea and Lucy and other family members who provided Mom with wonderful Round-the -clock care allowing Mom to stay in her home these past 10 months.

We can only imagine Mom's Heavenly Reunion, to once again hug her Daughter, Anita Bernice Grandson, Jeremy, her Parents and 11 of her Brothers and Sisters. They are a loud and fun bunch! We can almost hear Aunt Dorothy telling Mom, "Girlfriend, what took you so long"!

Although, we miss our Mom already, her sweet smile and funny stories, we draw comfort knowing she is free from pain, no longer relying on a wheelchair or hearing aid and is at Eternal Peace.

Mom you will forever be in our hearts, We love and miss you already! Your Grandchildren will love and miss their 'Granny'! We all will forever hear your words; "God Bless You, God be with you and Keep you safe"!, which you said to us after every phone call or visit.

Anita's family wishes to extend sincere gratitude for all the family and friends who have reached out to us during this time. The thoughtfulness and support has been very appreciated!
