Cecil Ann Skelton, 85, of Broken Arrow, passed away Wednesday, July 27, 2022. She was born June 26, 1937 in Merced, CA to Ellig and Nellie Ledford. Ann was a beautician and a past member of Sheridan Ave. United Methodist Church. She enjoyed watching television, working puzzles and reading. Ann is survived by her daughter, Shirley Ann Allen and her granddaughter, Jennifer Allen. She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, James R. Allen; her second husband, James Skelton, Jr.; her son, Jerry R. Allen; her sister, Eleanor and her 1/2 brother, Charles Shields.
