Arthur, Annette Orr, 52, died Monday, February 2, 2015, Tulsa, OK. Annette was born in Red Bank, New Jersey, May 8, 1962. Annette and her family relocated (due to the Oil industry) to Tulsa, OK in 1967. She was predeceased by her parents, Andrew Muirhead & Peggy June (Knox) Orr.
Annette was a 1980 graduate of Memorial High School. She believed in life-long learning and was educated at OSU, OU & TU. She earned her Masters Degree and studied toward her doctorate in Pharmacology. She loved her work as Director of Research, Emergency Medicine, University of Oklahoma at Hillcrest Hospital.
She married Glenn Arthur, September 19, 1987. Annette is survived by her husband, Glenn of the home; son, Private Ryan Arthur, US Army, Camp Casey, South Korea and daughter, Erin of Tulsa, OK; two brothers, Andrew Muirhead Orr, Jr and wife Shelley of Oklahoma City, OK, and Nelson Knox Orr and wife Mickey of Tulsa, OK; nieces Gabby and Poppy Orr: father-in-law, Glenn Arthur Sr. and wife, Martha of Columbia, SC; Sister-in-law, Debora Skodack of Littleton, CO.
She was a lifelong member of Kirk of the Hills Presbyterian Church. As a breast cancer warrior she would prefer donations to Breast Cancer Research; or The American Red Cross.
