Arline Boyle Oliphant, 97, passed away Tuesday, February 13, 2018 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was born to Willis Jay, Jr. and Blanche Wells (Nelson) Boyle on December 31, 1920 in Los Angeles, California.
Arline was the matriarch of Ceja Corporation and Cuesta Foundation. She was a member of several social organizations for many years including, Cedar Ridge Country Club, Junior League, Tulsa Garden Club, Southern Hills Country Club, past President of The Tulsa Garden Center and long-time member of the Assistance League of Tulsa. She was an avid outdoors woman and hiker, she loved gardening and antiques. (Especially the hunt for them.) She was also a very charitable woman.
Arline was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Charles Winfield Oliphant; parents: Willis and Blanche; and brother, Jack Willis Boyle.
She is survived by her son: Eric B. Oliphant and his partner Judy M. Walker; daughter: Nancy B. Oliphant and her husband Adam Trombly; grandchildren: Thomas J. Oliphant, Greg W. Oliphant and his wife Jamie D., Samuel J. Oliphant, Tessa Wyrick and Besha Lu Deane; great grandchildren: Sawyer C. Oliphant, Beckett J. Oliphant, Aiden G. Oliphant, Isaac G. Oliphant, Ethan G. Oliphant and Alana G. Oliphant; sister: Marion Jenks and nieces and nephews.
Arline will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Viewing will be 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at Moore's Memory Chapel 1403 S. Peoria Ave., Tulsa, OK 74120.
Interment will be 1:30 p.m., Thursday, February 22, 2018 at Memorial Park Cemetery 5111 S. Memorial Dr. Tulsa, OK.
Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m., Friday, February 23, 2018 at Southminster Presbyterian Church at 3500 S. Peoria Ave., Tulsa.
