ARTHUR FRANK COCHRAN
Arthur Frank Cochran departed this life May 31, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Edward. He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Delayne Cochran and his children, Frank, Anne and Cecily along with his grandchildren, Kelly and Roberta. He loved his nieces, Carol & Susan and her husband Philip, his sister-in-law Jeri Cochran and his great grandchildren.
Col. Frank Cochran was an outstanding officer spending 31 years in the U.S. Army, 11th Armored Cavalry (Blackhorse) Regiment. He fought gallantly in Korea and Vietnam and received many honors for bravery and leadership throughout his military service. He loved attending Oklahoma Military Academy in Claremore and was a loyal member of the alumni. He received his B.S. from OSU in Stillwater, OK and later completed his M.S. from George Washington University.
Frank Cochran touched many lives and will be deeply missed by many family members and friends.
A memorial service will be held at St. Timothy's Episcopal Church, 200 Oyster Creek Dr., Lake Jackson, TX on June 9, 2017 @ 11:00. Burial with full military honors will take place at Arlington National Cemetery in Washington, D.C. at a later date.
