Born on August 3, 1934 in Tulsa, OK to Delmar and Monetta Marston. Barbara set an example of a life well-lived.

On March 22, 1957, she began fifty-five memorable years with the love of her life, Robert R. Durkee Sr. Throughout her life, Barbara was active in several local non-profits and retired after a long career with Statewide General Agency.

Barbara is preceded in death by her husband, parents and three brothers.
She is survived by a loving family including daughters: Sheryl Gideon and Brenna Durkee, Son: Robert R. Durkee, Granddaughters: Breann Green, Lauren Sigerson, and Kayla V. Beliveau, Grandsons: Kyle, Joshua & Matthew Gideon, Great Grandchildren: Lainey and Nixon Green, two sisters: Sue McAdams and Carolyn Barr.

Services will be held at 2pm Friday, May 26, 2017 at Moore Southlawn Chapel.
There will also be viewing on Thursday, May 25, 2017 from 10am - 8pm at Moore Southlawn.
