Barbara Ann Kell went to be with her Lord on Monday, December 25th, 2017 at the age of 66. She was born to Hansel "Hank" and Lois (Chamberlain) Allen on March 21, 1951 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

She was preceded in death by husband Dwayne Kell of Tulsa, both parents, Hank and Lois Allen of Tulsa, brothers Carl and Jimmy Allen of Tulsa, and daughter Kimberly Ramsey of Owasso.

She is survived by daughter Karin Philpott and husband Russ of Glenpool, son Kyle Kell and wife Lauren of Bixby, sister Linda York and husband Charles of Owasso, sister Donna Watson of Mannford, granddaughter Shelby Hale and husband Austin of Sand Springs, granddaughter Dylan Ramsey of Norman, and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

The angels gathered near your side
So very close to you
For they knew the trials in your life
