Barbara Naomi (Overton) Wiedenmann, age 86, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on September 11, 2025, surrounded by loved ones.

Born on December 24, 1938, in LaPorte, Indiana, Barbara lived a life marked by kindness, humor, creativity, and-above all-an unwavering love for her family. She was a spirited practical jokester, a thoughtful party planner, and someone who never missed a chance to bring people together.

Barbara attended Will Rogers High School and went on to study at the University of Missouri. An entrepreneur at heart, she opened several retail establishments over the years, including The Fair, The Dish Barn, and The Tac Shop. She was also a co-owner of Enterprise School Photos, where her dedication and work ethic made a lasting impact.

Barbara was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. She is survived by her beloved daughters: Ferrin Andrews (JonEric Andrews), Andrea Norwood (Travis Norwood), and Megan Johnson (Eric Johnson); and her cherished grandchildren: Hunter Kuske, Aubree Bunch, Ashton Portokalis, Zane Johnson, Addison Andrews, Aldyn Anderson, Lexi Andrews, Mariah Norwood, and Tanner Norwood. Her legacy also lives on through her great-grandchildren: Landon Bunch, Reighlee Kuske, Halls Bunch, Hudson Anderson, and Holton Anderson.

Barbara will be remembered for her warmth, her ability to make any occasion special, and her deep devotion to those she loved. Whether it was a simple gathering or a full celebration, she brought people together with joy and laughter.

A funeral service will be held on September 19, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
