Barbetta Carol Prine of Sapulpa, Oklahoma went home to be with her Heavenly Father, October 29, 2017, at Arbor Village Nursing Home, at the age of 78. She was born June 8, 1939, in Sapulpa, Oklahoma to Owen and Crystal Hill.

She married the love of her life John Edward Prine on June 12, 1971, in Sapulpa, OK. They made their home in Tulsa, and to this union, they had a son, James E. Prine. Barbetta worked as a cashier in several Tulsa grocery chains. She loved spending time with her husband and family.

Barbetta was a proud member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She loved working with ceramics and recently took up a new hobby of coloring.

Barbetta is survived by her son, James Prine and wife Patricia of Sapulpa, Oklahoma. Two grandsons, Jack and Alexander Prine. One brother, Robert Hill and wife Dottie and many extended family members. She is preceded in death by parents Owen and Crystal Hill, and husband, John Prine.
