Bartlett "Bart" A. Lloyd, devoted and loving husband and father, passed peacefully in his sleep and entered heaven February 20, 2017. Bart was born in Kiefer, Oklahoma and moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma where he graduated from Central High School. He served in the US Army as an Aviation Cadet. He attended the University of Tulsa and thereafter began his career with Sun Oil Company becoming a Project Engineer.

Bart married the love of his life, Joy, and they remained together for 66 years. His strong passion was for the game of golf but he also had a true love for all sports as well as dancing to the big band sounds with Joy.

Bart was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Alice Lloyd; his brother, Robert Dale Lloyd; his wife, Joy Lloyd and his son, Barry Lloyd. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Tracey and Colin Holtzen and his sister, Mary Oletha Griffin, of Tulsa.

Funeral service will be 10:00 A.M., Thursday, February 23, 2017 at Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel, 5111 S. Memorial Drive, Tulsa, OK. Moore's Southlawn 918-663-2233
