Bernard Joseph Simpson, 95 of Tulsa passed away Sunday, December 18, 2022. He was born December 30, 1926 in Wichita, KS to Alphonsus and Teresa Simpson. He was the supervisor of maintenance for Phillips Petroleum and was a parishioner of St. Pius X where he was an usher. Bernard enjoyed cooking and Baking, worked with Meals On Wheels and was a regular blood donor. Bernard is survived by his children, Tim Simpson and wife Kaye of Little Rock, AR, Ed Simpson and wife Angie of Tulsa, Joyce Weddle of Moreno Valley, CA, Judith Pattinson and husband Phil of Tulsa, Jeanine Edwards and husband Tommy of Tulsa; eleven grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; one great great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Dorothy in 2008; his granddaughter, Erica Cook; six sisters and two brothers.
