Bernice C. Lesher, 95, passed away on March 28, 2017 in Tulsa, OK. Born October 6, 1921 in Shinnston, West Virginia to Clifford C. Clements and Mary Frances McDermont. She was a retired telephone operator who worked for St. John's Hospital, St. Francis Hospital and retired from Braden Steel. Bernice won blue ribbons at the Tulsa State Fair for chocolate pecan fudge and lemon meringue pie. She enjoyed growing roses, fishing, bowling and was a longtime member of Riverside Baptist Church.

Bernice is preceded in death by her husband Harry E. Lesher, Jr; brother, Bobby Clements; sisters, Catherine Nostave, Jean Meeks and grandson, Stephen Melone. Survived by her daughter, Marsha Melone and her husband, David; grandchildren, Kem Kirk, Kristi Melone and David Melone, Jr; great-grandchildren, Kayse Melone, Alexandra Cutts, Drake Melone, Xzavier Cutts and Lane Melone; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Viewing will be 10am-8pm, Friday, March 31, 2017 at Moore's Southlawn, 9350 E. 51st Street, Tulsa. The Funeral Service will be 10am, Saturday, April 1, 2017 at Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel, 5111 S.
