Ila Beth Osborn-Wegener was born May 17, 1928 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She passed away on May 19, 2018 in Tulsa, OK. Two days after her 90th birthday. Ila Beth was adopted at birth, and preceded in death by her parents, Harl D. Mansur and Evelyn Mae Southern Mansur; she was also preceded in death by her husband Robert Leo Osborn, her 2nd husband Clenard Wegener and her three brothers, Harl D. Mansur Jr., Cline Mansur, and Monroe Mansur. It wasn't until the age of 80, that Ila Beth discovered her biological parents, Ben Ackerman of Driftwood, OK. and Frankie Marie Polson of Kansas.

She was survived by her three children, Sandra Thompson, Mike Osborn, and Bob Osborn and preceded in death by one daughter, Cindy Osborn. Ilia Beth had nine grandchildren, Bret Perkins, Deidre Robinson, Eric Thompson, Jennifer Sellers, Kelly Lacey, Hugh Michael Musser, Melisa McGonigal, Nicole Brunner and Ashley Huck. She had thirteen great grandchildren.

Ila Beth was raised in the Church of Christ and always believed in our One True God of the universe and our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She was also an avid Sri Satha Sai Baba devotee, (which encompasses all religions), and spent her entire adult life studying the esoteric and metaphysical realms of existence.

Ila Beth has a bachelor degree from Abilene Christian College. She had an
Oklahoma real estate license was a certified property manager, and an accredited elderly housing consultant. She was an ordained minister and married numerous friends, family, and acquaintances.

In her younger days, she had a wedding catering business and she continued catering a great number of weddings, parties, and other events for many years. Ila Beth has a wonderful creative flair and she loved to decorate anything and everything. She also enjoyed working with beads and making jewelry.

She traveled the U.S. extensively with her second husband, Clenard Wegener, but her favorite trip was when she went to India and met Sai Baba.

Ila Beth, Mom, or Mom Beth, as she was called by so many, was an extremely spiritual human being. She projected a very large and colorful aura of beautiful energy which was felt by everyone she encountered. Love all, serve all, was her mantra, and unconditional love was her light. Her physical presence will be missed by us all.
