Hanna – Bettie J., age 88, passed away peacefully on August 15, 2014 in Tulsa, OK, surrounded by her family. She was born on July 23, 1926 in Osceola, WV, the daughter of the late Stanley and Rosa Armentrout. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde H. Hanna. They were married in 1948 and had 59 delightful years together. She was also preceded in death by her siblings, Hallie Pritt Bryant, Rosalie Phillips, Harry Armentrout,, and Charles Armentrout, and grandson, William Hanna. Her surviving siblings are Richard Armentrout, Helen Davis, and Harold Ogden. She is also survived by her son, Dr. Gregory Hanna and wife, Dr. Barbara Hanna, son, Stanley Hanna and wife, Rebecca Hanna; grandchildren, David, Emily, Roman, Tyler, Elizabeth, and Julian; and great grandson, Troy. After graduating from Elkins High School in 1944, she worked for the F.B.I. in Washington, D.C. and Seattle, WA until 1950. After moving to Tulsa in 1951, she worked for American Airlines, Continental Airlines, Odyssey Travel, and Global Travel, and retired in 1990. She was a member of Executive Women International, Quota Club, and Sandusky Avenue Christian Church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 6600 S. Yale, Suite 1310, Tulsa, OK 74136. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., August 17, 2014 at Moore's Rosewood Chapel, 2570 S. Harvard Memorial service will be at 11 a.m., August 18, 2014, at Sandusky Avenue Christian Church, 1101 S.
