Betty Ann Helm, 89, of Tulsa, passed away Friday, October 13, 2023. She was born April 28, 1934 in Tuttle, OK to Emmett and Irene Marcum. Betty was an independent insurance agent and had previously worked in Hominy for many years in City Administration. She enjoyed her grandchildren and she was referred to as "Bama". She also enjoyed crossword puzzles and golf. Betty is survived by her daughter, Kathy Sparling and husband Michael of Broken Arrow, OK; her grandchild, Amanda Brooke Gaskie; great-grandchildren, Jake Gaskie and Max Gaskie and her sister, Doris J. Holloway. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charles J. Cox; her daughter, Karen J. Parks; her sister, June Hinton and her brothers, Jack, Harold and Emmett Marcum.
