Betty Ann Moyer, 83, of Tulsa, passed away Saturday, February 17, 2024. Betty was born January 10, 1941 in Durant, OK to Jess and Bertha Bodine. She was the owner and operator of a cleaning/janitorial service. Betty was a member of Silver Creek Nazarene Church in Owasso, OK, where she taught Sunday School and was in the church choir. She enjoyed bowling, canning, traveling, the mountains and water falls, and luncheons with her church friends. She had worked for the election board, had been a Girl Scout troop leader and was a second mother to many from her in home day care business. Betty is survived by her daughters, Darla Carter and husband Richard of Glenpool, OK, Dana Williams and husband Billy of Tulsa, OK, Karen Moyer of Tulsa and fiance' Tom Wayerski of Broken Arrow, OK; her grandson, Jason Williams and wife Angela, and her granddaughter, Angel Williams; four great-grandchildren; her sister, Sally Blankenship of Garland, TX and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, L. D. Moyer; one grandchild, Ashley Williams; one great-grandchild, Ashton Williams; one sister, Marva Hagood; two brothers, Kenneth Moss and James Bodine.
