Betty Paget, 89, of Claremore, passed away Feb. 25, 2017 in Tulsa. She was born in Enid, OK on Dec. 17, 1927 to Walter R. and Eunice Brucell Floyd McGinnis. She married Robert Raymond Paget on June 12, 1953 in Tulsa and he preceded her in death in 2013. She was a retired co-owner with her late husband of BJ's Optical Shop in Claremore. They operated the shop from Sept. 1978 until its closing on Sept. 26, 1999. She was a member of The Sandusky Avenue Christian Church.

She is survived by a daughter Rhonda Bridge and her husband Mike of Edmond; a son Robert Scott Paget and his wife Teresa of Spavinaw; another daughter Nancy Hart and her husband Melvin of Talala; 6 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will take place on Wednesday, Mar. 1, 2017 2:00 PM at the Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel in Tulsa.
