Betty J. (Caffey) Roe, formerly of Tulsa, OK. passed away September 3, 2025, in Tyler, TX. Betty was born October 6, 1937, in Graham, TX, to Dan and Mary (Willingham) Keel. Betty was a faithful Church of Christ member.
She was preceded in death by her parents, first husband of 26 years Jerrel Caffey, one brother and two sisters.
Betty is survived by, second husband of 28 years Earl Roe, son, Stephen M. Caffey of Tulsa, OK, daughter, Becky L. Hatcher and husband Michael of Dothan, AL, four grandchildren, Dillon Caffey, Dalton Caffey and wife Hayden, Tabitha Hatcher and Devin Caffey.
