Bettye Jean Barnes, 86, passed away Monday, November 5th, 2018 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Bettye was the 13th child born to Willis Norton and Mary Agee, in Rentie Grove, OK. She graduated from Booker T. Washington High School and soon after was married to Larnell C. Barnes. From this union 2 children were born, Ronald and Larnell, Jr. Moving back to Tulsa, Mrs. Barnes was employed at Hillcrest Hospital as a Nurse's Assistant.

Bettye was preceded in death by her husband and both her children, her parents and all her siblings.

She leaves behind a daughter in law of 47 years, Maureen, 4 grandchildren, Lamont, Donette, Michael, and Africa, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends.

Bettye will be greatly missed by her family and many friends.

Viewing will be 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with visitation starting at noon Wednesday, November 14th at Moore's Memory Chapel 1403 S. Peoria Ave., Tulsa, Oklahoma 74120.
