Beverly Ann Greene, 86, passed away on Monday, October 19th, 2020. She was a graduate of Carthage High School in Carthage, Missouri and went on to study nursing at Hillcrest Medical Center School of Nursing in Tulsa, OK. She completed nursing school on September 7, 1955. After graduating, she married her sweetheart, Howard Gustin.

Beverly and Howard both had their Pilot's licenses and spent a lot of time on their favorite hobby, flying small planes together. Two years later, in January, 1957, they had their first and only child, Dana. The three of them lived happily together in Tulsa until Howard passed away of heart failure in January 1966. A few years later, Beverly met a wonderful man named Forrest Greene, and the two were married in October 1971. After moving to Houston, the two of them shared a love of raising and showing registered Dalmatians both locally and nationally. They brought home many First Place and Best in Show ribbons, including a Championship ribbon in an international dog show competition.

Beverly was also a very talented artist, who designed and painted the logo for their kennel club, Questa Dals. In 2017, Beverly moved to Cushing, OK to live next door to her daughter and son-in-law. She loved being nearer to her family, but considered herself always as a true Texan at heart, never wanting to miss cheering on her Houston Astros.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Nellie May Edmondson; her first husband, Howard Gustin; and her late husband, Forrest Greene. She is survived by her only daughter, Dana Andrews; son-in-law, Charles; two grandchildren, Kristen and Jason, his wife Elissa; one great-grandchild, Calla; and her beloved Dalmatian, Winnie.
