Butters, Bill (Billy) went home to be with the Lord on Friday, November 4, 2016 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Born July 25, 1929 in Liggett, Texas to Hadley and Flora Butters.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife Anna Mae on August 30, 2016. He was retired from sales in the oil and gas industry and attended First Baptist Church in Jenks. He was a U. S. Navy veteran.

Survived by his son, Scott (Kathleen) Butters; two daughters, Vickie (John) Talbot and Cindy Sonntag; grandchildren, Michael Butters, Carleigh Butters, Damon Talbot, Seth Talbot, and Bonnye Talbot; ten great-grandchildren; several nieces; nephews and other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions may be made to Cura Hospice, c/o Kathleen M. Hohneck, BSN, RN, Clinical Director, 6116 S. Memorial Drive, Tulsa, OK 74133.

Visitation will be 11AM-1PM, Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at Moore's Southlawn, 9350 E. 51st, Tulsa, OK followed by a 2:00 P.M., funeral service at Moore's Southlawn Chapel.
