Billie Sue Block, 69, of Tulsa, passed away Saturday, March 5th, 2016. She was born February 28, 1947 in Littlerock, AR to Thomas and Ruby Ray. She was a homemaker. Billie is survived by her husband, Duane Block; her son, Jeff Woodard of Oilton, OK; daughters, Melissa Houston of Oklahoma City, OK, Alicia Block of Tulsa, OK; 7 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; brothers, Tommy and John; sisters, Betty, Nina, Shirley, Mary and Louise. She was preceded in death by her parents.
