Billie Carolyn Fillmore, 85, of Tulsa, OK, passed away Monday, January 11, 2021. She was born July 31, 1935, in Carnegie, OK to David Epps and Thelma Epps. Carolyn was retired from the University of Oklahoma Tulsa Medical College. She enjoyed all flowers and loved to feed and watch her Hummingbirds. Carolyn is survived by her brother Robert Epps and sister-in-law Kay Epps of OK City, OK. Daughters Deborah Engles, Barbara Brown and Carol Fillmore; grandchildren David Higgins and Michael Brown. She had four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother Micky Epps; husbands Raymond Fillmore and Cloyde Fillmore and her daughter Diana Hargrove.

Memorial Service to be graveside at Memorial Park Cemetery on Monday January 18, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. No Viewing.
