BILLIE RAY GREEN 47, passed away Thursday, August 1, 2013 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Billie was born to Vernel Laws and Elizabeth Ann Green on May 22, 2013 in Tulsa, OK.
Billie was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her daughter, LaMeshia Nealy; her son, Daryl Nealy; two sisters, Willie Mae Lightner and her husband, Stanley; Norma Jean Green; one brother, LaMonte Green and his wife, Laura; nephew, Stanley Lightner, II; and six grandchildren, Christopher Fisher; Camron Nealy; Contour Everett; Unique Nealy; Contu Everett and Maryann Edwards; and Billie?s significant other, Norman Alexander.
Billie was a life long resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was a loving daughter, sister, mother,
aunt, grandmother and friend. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Memorial Service: 2:00 p. m., Thursday,
August 8, 2013 at Moore?s Memory Chapel. Officiating will be Rev. Kevin L. Clayton, Sr., of St. John AME Church, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
