Billie Louise Mizell, 85, of Tulsa died Tuesday, December 31st, 2024 at her home in Tulsa. She was born November 24, 1939 at Okmulgee, OK to Harvey William Selsor and Mildred (Turney) Selsor.
She married John L. Mizell on September 27, 1958 at Tulsa. She was a stay at home mom and homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Johnny Mizell, Jr; 2 brothers, J. L. Selsor and Ray Selsor
Billie is survived by her husband John; daughters, Terri Largent and Janice Scott; 9 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
There will be a private family service.
