Billie Marie Pitezel, 91, of Tulsa, passed away Tuesday, May 23rd, 2017. She was born June 15th, 1925 in Kansas City, MO to William E. and Erma Marie Hall. She was a homemaker and a member of Community Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) and was a Will Rogers High graduate. She was a Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother as well as an accomplished seamstress. She always put others before herself without complaint. A few of her numerous titles in service to others were President of the Jayceettes, President of the Christian Women Fellowship, Christian Women Fellowship Service Chairman, Member of the Camp Fire Board, Camp Fire Troop Leader, Director of Southeast Bears Drill Team and Cheerleaders, Southeast Bears Board Member, Nathan Hale Wrestling Parents Board Member, President of the Legislative Wives, President of the Legislative Wives Fellowship, and Will Rogers Class of 1944 Reunion Committee Member. She served her children tirelessly working at Pitezel's Bridal Shop as a seamstress and Pitezel's Ink and Print. Billie Marie is survived by five daughters, Toni Wildman and husband David; Nina Daylor and husband Lynn both of Edmond, OK; Christina Punnett and husband David; Sudey Sellers and husband Steve; Polly Pitezel all of Tulsa, OK; son, John Pitezel and wife Lisa of Tulsa, OK; 18 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 69 years, Frank Pitezel; two daughters, Nancy and Frankie Pitezel; two sons, Lee and Dee Pitezel.
