Obituary
Billie was preceded in death by her parents; husband: Robert Smith; and sister: Blanche Holloway.
Billie is survived by her son: Brian and his wife Jenny Jansson-Smith; and daughter: Paula Smith.
She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Viewing will be 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 16th at Moore's Memory Chapel 1403 S. Peoria Ave., Tulsa, Oklahoma 74120.
Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 17th at Osage Hills Christian Church 4500 W. Edison St. Tulsa, Oklahoma with interment following at Memorial Park Cemetery Tulsa, Oklahoma.
