Billy Joe Gulley, 71, of Tulsa, passed away Monday, May 22, 2017. He was born February 20, 1946 in Henryetta, OK to Clifford Charles and Dessie Mae Gulley. Billy Joe worked on the ranch and he enjoyed fishing, being outdoors, old country music and was a Dallas Cowboys fan. He is survived by his children, Toni Bell and her fiance Buddy Bumgartner of Tulsa; Ricky Joe Gulley and his wife Patti of Emmet, AR; Terri Godfroy and her husband Scott of Tulsa; 10 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; sisters, Louise Cheatwood of Hitchita; Barbara Teafatiller and her husband Billy of Mt. Pleasant, TX and Brenda Kay Duke and her husband David of Okemah. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Julie Gulley and 2 infant brothers.
