Billy Wayne Horton was born November 27, 1956 and departed this earth on February 24, 2018. He was 61 years old.

He is preceded in death by his mom, Clella and dad, Vernon. He is survived by Jimmie Horton of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Paul Horton of Billings, Oklahoma and David Horton of Pawhuska, Oklahoma.

Billy was an inspiration to all that met him. Billy resided at Gatesway Foundation, where he has touched so many lives. Billy began working in the Gatesway workshop, January 1, 1978. Billy loved to be outside no matter what time of year and loved to pick flowers.

Funeral service will be 1:00 P.M., Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at Moore's Southlawn Chapel, 9350 E. 51st, Tulsa, OK. Moore's Southlawn 918-663-2233
