Billy Ray Morgan, Sr., 79, of Owasso, passed away Sunday, February 12th, 2017. He was born June 18th, 1937 in Sallisaw, OK to Earl and Ruby June Morgan. He was a sales/service engineer for Diamond Power/ Babcock and Wilcox. Billy Ray loved "piddling" around the house and in the garage. He grew a beautiful impatiens flower garden that was admired by all. Billy Ray enjoyed visiting and sharing in the holiday with the family. He is survived by his wife Janice E. Morgan, with whom he would have been married 20 years today, February 14, 2017; his children, Billy Morgan, Jr., and his wife Angela of Oologah, OK; Brent Morgan of TX; Brian Morgan and his wife Debbie of Jenks, OK; Nicole Morgan and her husband Chris Davidson of Broken Arrow, OK, Alan Settles (Janice's son) of Philomath, OR; 7 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and his sister Betty Birdwell of Sallisaw, OK. Billy Ray was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Don Morgan and his sister Sandra Reichert.
