Billy, 86 of Tulsa passed away Monday, July 14, 2014. He was born September 25, 1927 in St. Louis, MO to Clarence and Grace Taylor. He was a trim carpenter. Survived by daughter Christy Quillman and sister Evelyn DeWeese. Preceded in death by wife Mary.
