Brown, Bivvian "Bea" Irene, 92 of Tulsa passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2017. She was born July 31, 1924 in Arnett, OK to David Edward and Mary Belle West. She was a fraud investigator for Southwestern Bell and was a member of Grace Assembly of God Church. She enjoyed gardening drawing, reading, bird watching, the slots and taking care of kids. Bea is survived by her daughter, Sandra Keeling and her husband Ted of Plano, TX; her grandchildren, Amy Keeling and Tyler Keeling; her great grandchildren Haley and Dalton. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Conard Brown; her brothers, Jim and Irvin West; her sisters, Mildred Hunter; Edie Bane; Katie Heaton; Neva Phillips and Fran Randle.
