Ziegenhorn, Blake "Zig", 27, died Wednesday, May 18, 2016. Blake had a great zest for life, a deep passion for sports and he never met a stranger. A 2007 graduate of Union High School, Blake was a state champion football player who as a little boy dreamed of playing for the Redskins on Friday nights. Blake took his academic talents to The University of Oklahoma and he graduated from OU in 2012 receiving degrees in Political Science, sociology & criminology. He was also a dedicated member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity where he made numerous life long friends. Blake loved the Oklahoma Sooners, Denver Broncos, St Louis Cardinals and Golf.
After graduation, Blake began working for Anheuser Busch in Oklahoma City and recently took a job with Republic National Distributing as a sales representative serving clients in Tulsa. Blake's quick wit and big smile made him a big hit with his co-workers and clients.
Blake was a beloved son, brother, grandson and cousin. He is survived by his parents: Michael & Lisa (Robison) Ziegenhorn, Tulsa, OK., Brother, Zachary ZIegenhorn, Grandparents: Robert & Judy Robison, Tulsa, OK., Donald L. Ziegenhorn, St Louis, MO., Aunts Kim (Robison) Fowler and Husband Kevin of Chicago, IL, Judy (Robison) Mattson and Husband Don of Houston, TX, Linda (Ziegenhorn) Port and Husband Bill of St. Louis, MO Uncle Robert Robsion and Wife Kerrie of Tulsa and cousins, Stefanie (Forristall) Lee and Husband Brian of Chicago, Il. and Brittany and Jessica Robison of Tulsa. Blake was Preceded in death by Fraternal grandmother: Norma Ziegenhorn of St Louis.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Parkinson Foundation of Oklahoma.
