Bobby Joe Theilen, 88, Tulsa resident, passed away Wednesday, February 9, 2022, in Tulsa, OK. Bob was born August 7,1933, to Paul and Susie Marie Theilen in Afton, OK. He was a corporal in the U.S. Army, 505th Missile Battalion, C-Battery, Fort Tilden in New York from 1951 to 1955. After the Army he went back to work for Boeing in Wichita, KS from 1956 to 1971, then American Airlines, Tulsa, OK from 1971 to 1996 where he worked as a mechanic. Bob enjoyed weekly family luncheons and his work. He is preceded in death by his parents. Bob is survived by a companion of 50 years, Carrie Snider, several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
